Post security concourses are wireless, except for the rest-rooms.

Disabled Parking

Two handicapped parking spaces are provided at the arrival level. These spaces are intended for picking up and dropping off travelers. You may not leave your car unattended.

The Gallery

Upper level, pre-security

The Gallery showcases the Niagara region. Frequently alternating displays present art in all forms, from or about Western New York.

Center of terminal.

Massage Chairs

Relax with an automated massage from First Class Seats. $1 for thre minutes at Gate 3, Gate 14 and Gate 22.

Ground Transportation Pickup

Ground Transportation Information is also located in the lower-level, baggage claim area of the terminal, offering ITA, taxi, and shuttle information for Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Canada. Confirmation of Niagara Air Bus reservations is also available.

Information Center

General Information is located in the lower-level, baggage claim area of the terminal. Maps, regional information, bus schedules, and brochures are available as well as a courtesy paging phone. Volunteer Hospitality Ambassadors are on duty during busy times to provide assistance.

Play Gate

Fisher-Price® Play Gates, are places for travelers to amuse and engage their children with a variety of toys, books and activities, located before security in the Gateway and after security, near Gate 15. Play Gates are free to the public.
