  • No pets, please
Animals are not permitted in the terminal, or on apron areas, unless they are service animals being used to assist disabled individuals.
  • Family of Military Personnel
If you would like to be at the gate to greet or say good-bye to a member of your immediate family who is on active military duty, you may do so by requesting a gate pass at the ticket counter of the airline the serviceperson is using. Passes are available to members of the immediate family, i.e. spouse, siblings, parents, children and one additional pass. Each person is required to have a gate pass and picture ID to show at the security checkpoint. Children without ID are allowed to accompany an adult family member. Passes are distributed at the discretion of the airlines.
  • Cell Phone Lot
Wait for arriving passengers around the corner from the airport. It's free and easy.

Just around the corner, on Holtz Road, you can wait in the Park & Ride lot. Follow the blue signs (Long Term Lot B). It’s less than a mile from the airport terminal. You can wait in your vehicle. When passengers arrive they can call you on your cell phone. Then you drive up to the terminal to pick up your passengers. There’s no charge for using the Cell Phone Lot.
